Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 10 amβ10 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach The Pizza Parlor at (718) 448-7700; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is pizzaparlornyc.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Its Google rating is 4.1 out of 5 from 129 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.
Staten Island is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Staten Island peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I had a free pizza with my OZ dispensary purchase and my goodness!! The BEST pizza Iβve ever had! Im more of a toppings on my pizza girl, but we had the regular cheese pie and it topped any topping I could have ever put on that pie. It was so hot and fresh and the perfect taste, I wish I could put it into words but itβs fantastic, truly. Itβs not greasy and wet like most pizza places, it taste real and actually like pizza. As crazy as it sounds, itβs hard to find restaurants that prioritizes real ingredients and great quality. Iβm always ordering from here now on!

Absolute worst Mac n Cheese Iβve had in a real long time. It reminded me of the one you would get for lunch in high school. In the worst way.. 1/10. Ordered delivery and food came ice cold. Even when reheated the quality was so bad.

We ordered pies for a school fundraiser. The day of the fundraiser one of the pizza ovens broke and they were only able to deliver half. They said the second half was coming by 12:30 however it was MUCH later. This was never communicated (the lateness). The pizza was supposed to be sold as part of a fundraiser. By the time it arrived the school day was over for many of the students, so it didnβt get sold at the price it should have. Additionally, the slices were not cut into equal pieces. Some slices were large and some were appropriate for a 3 year old. How can you charge the same price for those slices? The person taking the calls was gruff and unpleasant when we inquired about the timing of the second round of pies as well. I would not recommend Pizza Parlor. There are many other pizzerias that are more accommodating and kind. The driver was super nice. He was the only positive part of the experience!

The first few times we ordered from here the food was great but, something changed here. Last 3x we ordered food it took about 90mins to arrive. When it did it was ice cold and soggy. The 2nd time it happened I called up to let them know. The staff was super sweet. Told me they were sending new food and a gift card for the order amount ($40 for a pie and mozzarella sticks). They sent it again still over an hour, still cold with a $25 GC. We still applauded them for trying to correct the situation and decided to give it one more chance. Todayβs order took just as long, pizza was ice cold and the βjumbo wingsβ that they used to send (pictured below) were replaced with these other sad little breaded guys. Unfortunately this will be our last order from here.

I love a slice of cheese pizza on a rainy day & thatβs how I ended up running to this place. At a first glance when you enter it feels quite welcoming because of the use of color white. But after seating for 5 minutes it feels little tight. Customer service is excellent every time, after all day of classes i definitely enjoy a slice from this particular place. Their new fall decor is cute too, I do wish the seating arrangement was better, but I think not many people seat there to eat. Most of the time they just order aged & pick up the order to take home.
